When will my order ship?

We process all orders within 3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can make changes within 12 hours of placing your order. Just email us at support@lovedhdhome.com with your order number.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the USA and Canada. More regions will be available soon!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders over $69. For orders under that amount, rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Email us as soon as possible! If the package hasn’t shipped, we can update your address.

What’s your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Contact us first for approval.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Are your ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe?

Yes, all H&D Home ceramics are microwave- and dishwasher-safe unless otherwise stated on the product page.
